Ms. Rebo was an employee of Cummings Elementary School, a Department of Defense Dependent School, during the school year 2007-2008 as a playground and lunchroom monitor and was on our substitute teacher list for the years of 2008-2010. In her work with this program, she supervised students ranging in age from 6 through 12, grades first ‘th while they played on the playground or had their lunch in our school cafeteria. She n and implement our playground and cafeteria rules to ensure the best safety precautions She would consult with me on many occasions about adding or modifying our playground and cafeteria expectations to help make these areas of concern both enjoyable and safe for ‘our students. Ms. Rebo had a proactive attitude in all matters relating to school issues and was cognoscente of, privacy act information, She was sensitive to cultural backgrounds and the special needs of her students. Her interactions with students, parents, teachers, and administrators were appropriate and professional. She seemed to be a solution oriented person with all of her duties, willing to “piteh-in” when the need arose. Her performance rating at that time was acceptable.
