Presentation 1. Students explain their best vacation (Indonesian)


(Time: 15 minutes) 2. Ask the student where they want to go in the future

Practice 1. Give the students a text about a vacation experience


(Time: 30 minutes) 2. Make groups based by their preference of holidays
(City, beach, and mountains).
3. Let them read out loud in the group (Take turn) (5

4. Let them read in silence in their groups. (give 5-7
minutes)
5. Ask if there are any difficult words

Anticipated Problems and Solutions


Problem: Student may have complexities in understanding some expressions
Solution: Teach clearly and ask frequently if the student comprehend
2. My last assignment for college was about analysing a drama script based by the theories of
Bertolt Brecht. The script was titled “Die Frau von Früher” (The Women From the Past). The analyse was
focused to the plot. The plot has a complex taste and made me intrigued to discover it holistically.

In the era of technolgy and instant features we always have to be fast and receiving the best
result. Results as we know, are actually based by the accumulation of a long process. Whether it will
conclude into a positive result or a negative one, it should have been based by the progress. But in
reality, this is a big hipocracy. Why? The current world we are living doesn’t want to relate to our
background or such. It only needs the benefits of one existance. If you, as a living being in this
competetive environment, don’t contribute then an annihaltion would be an option for your existance.
Regarding of all these matters, we as educators should not let the students fall into this trap. We should
encourage them to make their own system that would be focused on their efforts and in the same time
let them discover life itself. How? Student based education would be appropriate to explore their
capabilities. Not only it would develop their cognitive side, but also find their ownselves in the progress.
Therefore, we have to always be proactive and dynamic to foresee what will suit the best fr the student.
