COMPANY PROFILE
For the coming 8 weeks we will being doing research at
van Gansewinkel to get a deeper understanding in the
organisational behaviour.

The organisation Van Gansewinkel is a provider of


waste as raw material and energy supplier. They collect
waste and processed or treated waste into raw materials
and energy.

The Benelux is their home market, but they are also


active in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, France,
Hungary and Portugal. Currently they have more than
6,000 employees achieve an annual turnover of around
1.2 billion euros.

With the right person at the right time in the right place, they can provide the service that the
market demands from. This requires knowledge and skills of their employees at all levels in
the organization.
