Note : The claim of Financial Creditors include claim for outstanding bank gurantees of Rs.1,31,44,25,736/- from secured financial
creditors. Admitted Claim amount of secured Bank Creditors have been revised due to inclusion of one BG (Rs. 56.1 lakhs) and
extinguishment of six BGs (Rs. 25.15 crores) since submission of claim list to NCLT on 28th April'18.

Note : Statutory dues as at 23rd March 2018 of the Corporate Debtor yet to be claimed by the authorities concerned amount to
Rs.22,30,27,100/-
