No. IPU-7/Online Counselling/2018/ 44477) Dated: 26 Isatyl Ie ‘SELLING ‘ACADEMIC SESSION: 2018-19 This is in reference to Sub-part 11.11(Spot Cougselling) of Chapter. 11: Online Counselling, Proceduré of Admission Brochure for the Academic Session 2018-19 and notified schedules for Spot Round of Counselling for various programmes for which online counselling was held, notified on the University website: {tis again for information to all the CET qualified candidates that fegs in form of Demand Draft required at the time of Spot Counselling is as follow: 1 ‘The Candidates who were allotted seat in rounds of online counselling and have paid the part ‘Academic Fee of Rs.40,000/- to confirm admission in any institute / college and have also reported to the concemed University School of study / college / institutions from 21.07.2018 to 24.07.2018 and the respective USS/College/Institute has also submitted reported status are as “Admitted” Candidate. Such Admitted candidates, if they desire to participate in the “Spot Counselling” shall be required to pay @ transfer fees of INR 000/+INR2000/- towards counselling participation fees = Rs.7,000/- {Nou- Refundable) in form of Demand/Bank Draft in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi. 2 ‘The Candidates who were allotted seat in rounds of online counselling and have paid the part Academic Fee of Rs.40,000/- to confirm admission in any institute / college, but did not report to the concemed University School of study / college / institutions from 21.07.2018 to 24.07.2018 and the respective USS/College/Institute has also submitted them as “Not reported” status are “Not Admitted” Candidates. The part Academic Fee of Rs.40,000 paid at the time of online counselling will be refunded as per University Refund Policy and such candidates, if they desite to paraticipate in the “Spot Counselling” shall be required to pay separately part Academic Fees of Rs.40,000+Rs.2000(Non Refundable) = Rs 42,000/- towards “fee payable at the time of Spot Counselling” and also all other CET qualified candidates and as Not Admitted status are also to pay Rs 42,000/- in form of Deman/Bank Draft (s) in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi This is for information of all CET qualified Admitted and Not Admitted Candi for participating in Spot Round of Counsellings.
