new db-name dsm owner sa

if sa account is not enabled then enable sa account

give sa account in security provide all roles if not then public and sysadmin

sql server configuration manager > expand SQL server network configuration >
Protocol > Enable TCP/IP
Then double click TCP/IP and put port 1433 against TCP port under IPAll

Run Deep Security manager (DSM) Setup win run as administrator

Office Scan Control manager

no need if you r using set up db, then just turn off IE enhanced security
configuration from Server Manager > local server > IE enhanced security
configuration

If you are installing separate db, then check the account credential information
from sql configuration, if not clear.
