b)安装 fix：
安装时注意先预留螺母，示意图如下。 When installation note first reserve a

d)最终效果：感觉安装得比较平整的话就可以把螺钉拧得紧一点，这样

e)注意事项：Matters needing attention

安装时尽量找比较平整的地方。最好在工装台上。When installation, try

b)直线光轴座安装效果如图所示：光轴间距 120mm，也可以根据自己的思路调
整。螺钉不用拧紧，因为之后还得微调。 Linear optical axis installation effect as shown:

e)台面安装如图所示：螺钉也不用太紧。螺母座的方向可以随意，滑块

f)最终效果：在安装时可以轴间距可以根据实际情况进行调整。

Y 轴电机和丝杆组装 Axis motor and screw assembly

b) 电 机 安 装 说 明 ： 将 联 轴 器 组 装 到 电 机 上 ， 电 机 轴 进 入 联 轴 器
12.5mm，然后顶丝固定。将电机安装到电机安装板上，再将电机安
装板安装到机器上，注意安装到机器上的螺钉不用拧紧，后面方便
调整。

d) 螺杆与联轴器安装.the screw and the coupling installation

螺杆和联轴器连接是一定要调整同心哦，顶丝是对边的，两颗顶丝交换
这拧紧。最后固定好后用手匀速的转动螺杆，感觉下阻力是否均匀。

在背面预留一颗螺母，如图。用于安装控制板安装板。

4， X 轴安装 The X axis installation

b) 安装 XZ 组件。如图所示，最上面的光轴支撑座边沿和铝型材顶端对
齐，两轴间距 68mm，装好后要求 X 轴左右移动力度均匀。

b) 安装如图所示，龙门架离底座尾部距离 6mm，原因是这样安装才能
使主轴中心与 Y 轴中心重合。
