1. Log-in to your O365 account and try every service. In a word doc, paste a screenshot of
every service you used (e.g. an update on Yammer, a video uploaded on Video etc.) with a
brief description of the service.
2. Why would an organization move from Exchange on premise to O365? Is it due to less cost,
better features or something else? Create a 1 page write-up.
3. How would a Tech support team of Airtel be structured internally (hint: Airtel team would
support mobiles, broadband, DTH, Airtel Wallet etc.)? Draw and upload the pic of your
drawing.

Network

1. You are in ABC office with your laptop connected to a LAN port. It ultimately connects to a
core switch in campus which then connects to open internet. Draw a network diagram, take
a pic and upload.
2. What is the fundamental difference in how a voice call is handled on Jio VOLTE network vs
Airtel 2G/3G network? (Hint: Jio VOLTE calls are packet switched, Airtel calls are circuit
switched).

Security

1. Prepare a report on recent security breaches in major corporates. Why did they happen?
2. Draw a diagram of network flow and security products involved when you access a website
from ABC office. Consider both ABC network and the Datacentre network where the website
is hosted. Upload a picture.

Mainframes

1. Make a list of 4 industry verticals that use mainframes, what are the reasons for doing so,
and name a Customer in each of these verticals.
