That you have entered into a Leave and Licence Agreement with me on 6" Day of April 2018 in respect of 320 Sq.ft. Flat on the 4™ Floor, Being No. C/219/0403 situated in Shukhobrishti Housing Co-operative Society at Action Area Ill, P.S. New Town, Kolkata ~ 700135 for a period of 11 months ending on 28" February 2019. .. For the month of July 2018 you have intentionally failed and / or neglected to pay the licence fee amounting to Rs. 10000/- as well as the electricity charges due of Rs. 7214/-. You are also keeping the premises under lock and key and not using it for your regular residential purpose. In spite of several communications, you have never cared to respond in the official modes of communication. 3. In such circumstances | have got no other alternative but to withdraw, terminate and revoke the said agreement and vacate the premises by breaking open the lock and taking over absolute physical possession of the said Flat. It is kindly be noted that any material belonging excepting those are mentioned in Schedule ‘A’ in the said agreement will be thrown out of the premises without any responsibility whatsoever. If it is found that any of my property or furniture and fixtures are damaged, stolen and / or destroyed, it will attract immediate legal action of both civil and criminal in nature. 4, This letter be consider as the termination of the Leave and Licence Agreement dated 6" April 2018. This situation will also be informed to Shukhobrishti Housing Co- operative Society and also to the New town Police Station. 5. It may also be noted that your security deposit stands forfeited for making good the dues regarding rent and electricity charges during your period of usage. 6. You are requested to communicate in the official communication mode within 7 days from the date of this letter, if you have anything to say about why the aforementioned steps will not be taken by me.
