REGULAR SESSION RESOLUTION NO. 2013 ~ 96 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the Third Updated 2013 Annual Investment Program (AIP), embodying the various development programs, projects and activities of the Municipality of Marilao, Province of Bulacan for Calendar Year 2013, in the amount of Forty Six Million Four Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (P46,425,000.00): RESOLVED FURTHER, to authorize the Municipal Development Council to realign the various development projects embodied in the Thied Updated 2013 Annual Investment Program (AIP) as the needs may arise or as it may deem fit due to change of pricrities and/or development thrusts; RESOLVED FURTHER, to authorize the Municipal Mayor, for and in behalf of the Municipal Government of Marilao, Bulacan, to execute and sign contracts and agreements with, the winning bidders of the projects covered by the Third Updated 2013 Annual Investment Program (ATP), subject to existing auditing laws, rules and procedures, RESOLVED FINALLY, that all concerned offices be furnished copies of this Resolution for their information.
