Oct.1st Fri.–12p.m.-1:30p.m. Service of Remembrance Madison Sq. Presbyterian
Church. Honoring lives lost to family violence. Music by Dana Clark & Kevin Lewis
Oct. 3rd Sun. – 2-8pm - Un Domingo de Paz – Local 782 Musicians Union concert at Sam’s
Burger Joint $5.00 admission 6 bands playing. Raffles, all ages welcomed. Bands:
Pop Pistol, Los Nahualatos, Ledaswan, Heather Go Psycho, and Azul Electrica
Oct. 4th Mon. 7-8pm On KSYM Radio with Local 782 to discuss Family Violence issues

downtown at Main Plaza. This event is led by the men of our community including Police
Chief William McManus. All men interested in please join us for this event.
Oct. 19th Tues. – 9a-4:30pm Free. Human Trafficking Summit-National, state & local experts
discuss current local & state efforts to raise awareness & strengthen the partnership
between police, advocates, policy makers & social service providers. Sponsored by

Implications for Health Care Providers”. Expert Dr. Dean Hawley will discuss
