cooperation, the 7 Habits of Happy Kids is foundational at

Dr. Probe School for encouraging leadership, growth
mindset, responsibility, accountability, problem solving,
adaptability, communication, initiative and self-direction,
creativity, cross-cultural skills and teamwork.

our learning at school.
The staff’s Leader in Me Lighthouse Team meets regularly
to set direction for leadership education at Probe School
and works closely with a Grade 1-5 Leader in Me Student
Lighthouse Team to ensure that leadership is infused into
everything we do at our school.
All Probe staff have certificated Leader in Me training and
Dr. Probe School is internationally recognized as a Leader
in Me School.
For staff and students, rather than a destination, Leader in
Me is a process and a journey of personal leadership
development and being the best you can be.
