“Defacto Agent Activity”

Every time the de-facto agents give us a charge it is usually (99%) based on fraud and the
presumptive belief that we owe them something. Me and my brothers are on trial with
you. From my point and the point of the court your rights are my rights. When they see
you they see me. This is the quiet war started over 500 years ago when the defeated us in
what is now called Spain. That victory gave them the unity and confidence to peruse us
and our holdings on OUR LANDS all over the globe.

It is to be expected, they would deny the constitution which they are bound by. However
by doing so they also deny the authority that allows them to sit and hear the case as a
judge and now you have a jurisdiction (person, subject matter and territory) issue. We
must consent to play in their Color of Law court. We are Man created by Nature/God
with naturally endowed unalienable rights. This means that (no bill of attainder applies)
we can’t be charged with a crime by just living, breathing and we don't owe anything to
