ABSTRACT

Fatigue is a State that accompanied a decline in work efficiency and durability, all
of which leads to the reduction of working capacity and endurance of the body.
Some of them are hearing loss, communication lo, fatigue, physiological and
psychological response. Gauges current exhaustion will occur error if there is no
feedback during a certain period in addition likely human error in measurements
because it is done over and over again so thus imposes a work fatigue level of
assessment result. This research aims to design and create work fatigue
measurement system web-based in public health program,
