MEMORANDUM

DATE : July 20, 2010


TO : Housekeeping Department
FROM : Office of the Finance Manager
SUBJECT : Weekly Routine Check-up

Effective this date, Housekeeping Department shall conduct a weekly routine check-up including
but not limited to the following:

1. Room amenities (air conditioning unit, lamp shade, table, dresser, comfort room
fixtures such as toilet bowl, shower head, faucet, etc.); and

2. Public areas’ amenities and fixtures (comfort rooms of men and women), especially
those that may be displaced if left unattended (e.g. drainage cover without a screw and
loose toilet bowl covers).

Conditions of the above should be documented and communicated to Engineering &


Maintenance Department for immediate attention. This is one way of protecting our assets
from abrupt damage caused by our lack of proper attention.

This is for your strict compliance.
