+ No compromise on safety and health aspects as follows:
(i) Manhole and septic tank shall not be
within the walled-up area.
(ii) No opening on side wall if the
minimum side setback is 1.5m and adjoining
to another building & electrical substation
(iii) Any opening on side wall, the
minimum side setback shall comply
with Schedule F in Sarawak Building
