Instructions:

1. Tasks, durations, and start and finish calculations should be completed before tackling this worksheet.

2. Determine the starting date of the project, taking into account management and team schedules.

3. Using a calendar with room for notes, number each day in sequence. (Days that you don’t plan to work, such as
weekends and holidays, should not be numbered.)

4. Tasks on the critical path should have the same earliest start date and latest start date, as well as the same earliest and
latest finish dates.

5. Once all the dates are entered on this schedule worksheet, you will have an ideal, best-case schedule, assuming that
resources are available and ready when planned.
