Darkness

If I would have to live in the darkness of the night

I would have gone and destroyed my sight

What would still be the reason to believe

In freedom that you cannot leave?

If I would be engulf with the darkness of the night

Then let Harmony and peace prevail there might

And let Silence in everything be my right

For the darkness has deluged my light

Let freedom takes away my smile

And darkness takes away my life

As it took my happiness in the light

Then let it took everything in my sight

Let the darkness flow like waters

Let the rivers swallow its banks

Let the past sinks with it

And the future be washed by it
