    Greetings of love and peace!

    The undersigned would like to request your good office for the use of your garbage truck for the transport of the
    bags of soil to his house.

    Last December 22, 2017, Typhoon Vinta has caused a number of incarcerations in Mindanao. Sadly, the undersigned
    was one of the unfortunate many to have experienced such trouble. As a way to mitigate, if not eliminate the problem,
    the undersigned has decided to collect bags of soil which are in Cagayan de Oro City National High School – Senior
    High School campus to fill in his house’s floor area. The filling up of the bags of soil then will be a way to elevate his
    house which is located at Macanhan, this City.

    Rest assured that the gasoline as well as keeping the truck safe and good will be a top priority.

    Your approval on the matter will really help a lot.
