SUBJECT(DEFINITION)
The subject is the part of the sentence that indicates who performs the action or
who or what the statement is about. Normally, subject is a proper name, a pronoun
or a noun in general. It is usually placed before the verb.

HOW TO IDENTIFY A SUBJECT?

To identify the subject you need to ask yourself who does the action, that is, what
or who is the protagonist of the statement. For example, in the following statement
- John eats apples (John eats apples) If we ask who is doing the action ?, that is,
who eats apples? the answer is "John", so John is the subject.
