TITLE: Balai Trinitas Online Reservation System

2. Scope of the Study:

The developers aim to develop a system that can handle the reservations since the
Balai Trinitas doesn’t have a system that handle reservations and payments. The system
will be comprised of webpages that will handle the basic customer’s needs as well as the
resort. The admin can edit the information for example, the price of the rooms, etc.. The
system accessed only by the administrator for security purposes.The system can also
determine if a room is booked or not, automatically, the room displayed in the system
will be disabled until the reservation was finished. The system can also provide an easier,
faster and cheaper transaction.
4. Limitation of the Study:
Online payments is not offered in this system. The cancellation through online is not
accomodated. The administrator can only cancel the transaction and not the user.

4. Project Design /Development Plan:

Hardware Specification:
The proposed system requires 2Gb of RAM, 2GHz or higher Processor, and at least
10 Gb free disk space on Hard Disk Drive.

Software Specification:
The proponents will use PHP, Adobe MUSE and Adobe Photoshop for
photo editing.
