Definition

Physical Activity or exercise can improve the mental well-being. It is defined as any body movement that
works your muscles and requires more energy than resting. It relieves stress, improves memory, helps
sleep better, and boosts over-all mood.

General Objectives

Within 5-10 minutes of morning exercise, patients will be able to have an increase self-esteem adnd
reduce their stress and anxiety.

Specific Objectives

 To promote cooperation.
 To increase their mental alertness, energy and positive mood.
 To increase self-esteem and reduce stress.
 To promote interaction with patient.
 To promote mental well-being.
 To prevent mental disability.
