Since retiring as the Senior Special Agent in Charge ofthe FBI Los Angeles Divsion in 1979, [have publicly exposed pedophilia, murder, chid kidnapping, and other nefarious criminal activity on the part of individuals both in and out of government ccs; mmch of which has been covered up or ignored by those responsibk for investigating these allegations. In the past, there have been atempts to fame me for aleged criminal activity, individuals have been ‘planted’ on me and there have been attemp's on my lie. In addition, I bave been the victim of periodic surveillances, Mlegal entries info my home and vehicle, and ilegal telephone taps (1 bave proof) ‘My most noted investigations, which I am sure are the reasons for this harassment, inchade documentation that the FBI firnished the ingredients for the bomb in the February 1993 World Trade Center bombing (NY Times Oct. 28, 1993),a cover-up in the Oklshoms City bombing in April 1995 (at kast eleven other persons involved besides Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols), and most recently, documentation that the FBI had advance knowledge of the 9-11 terrorist attacks and fad to take appropriate preventative action. T compiled a 24-page report concerning the FBI's pre-knowledge of the 9-11 attacks in January of 2003 and I distributed it to more than 200 members of the Legislative and Executive Branches of the U.S. government (including U.S Attorney General John Ashcroft and Secretary of State Colin Powell) and Mr. Lee Hamilton, co-chair of the recently formed 9-11 Presidential Committee o investigate the attacks, Itokd Mr. Hamilton that my source, Mr. Michael Riconosciuto, possessed ‘important, critical, and timely information about terrorist activity in the United States and that he should be debris fed immediately.
