Josephine’s Internship Meeting

Progress Update 20 Minutes- Shawn and Jackie reported on how their individual projects have
progressed since the last meeting. Shawn continued to create drafts of the vendor handbook. Jackie
has a meeting scheduled with Sam after the interview to continue showing her how to use
QuickBooks

Successes and Challenges 10 Minutes- Shawn did not had any challenges at this point. Jackie had yet
to have a meeting with Sam’s accountant because she was out of the office. This put Jackie behind on
hours and project goals

Outline Plan 20 Minutes- Shawn and Jackie discussed their plans until the next meeting. Shawn
would continue working with Sam, her employees, and her vendors to create a second draft of his
handbook. Jackie planned to try scheduling a meeting with Sam and Rachel (accountant) by next
week or she would contact another accountant

Questions 10 Minutes- Shawn and Jackie asked Mary what type of things she would be looking for in
our portfolios. Jackie asked Mary how her setback would affect her grade and what she could do
compensate
