This document is aimed to improve the quality of preschool education in the country.
Chief Inspector of Schools
The Inspectorate and Quality Assurance, as the custodian of standards of education in
Malaysia, has been assigned as the leading agency for the implementation of the NPQS Dr Mahanom binti Mat Sam,
in all agencies providing preschool education in Malaysia. Deputy Chief Inspector of Schools (Policies)
