1. What are the four main types of tissue? ​Epithelial, 


connective, muscle, nervous 
2. Tattoo’s are below what type of tissue in the 
human body? Is it a good idea to get one? ​Epidermis  
3. What is the difference between tendons and 
ligaments? ​Tendons attach muscles to bones. Ligaments link the 
ends of bones together at a joint.  
4. Compare the 3 types of muscle tissue. Cardiac, 
smooth & skeletal. ​Cardiac is found in the heart and contacts 
the heart. Smooth lines the walls with of blood vessels and certain 
organs. Skeletal are attached to bones and causes movements of 
the body. 
5. Name and describe the 10 body systems. Which 
two provides energy to the 8 body systems? Provide 
images for each body system.
