EBMA MACHINE STATUS REPORT

1. Edit Ladder Logic (LAD2 – STARTUP BLOCK).

Parallel Spare Output for Set/Reset logic in order to latched Motor Drive (New drive installed
runs only in a latching mode signal run, Old drive runs momentarily mode signal run.) Transfer
wiring from O:130/5 to O:130/7 to avoid editing the whole program that can affect other
interlock machines. Parallel done only from the output side of the logic, other interlock for
O:130/5 didn’t do parallel.

New Rung for reset of the drive run which will be triggered in a STOP button.

Able to run motor, increase and decrease speed.

2. Speed Sheets/Min display not showing in the HMI. Can read data to N20:2 for the slider input
but unable to MOV to N7:804 due to bit B22:23/13 not triggering. Under (LAD 18 – FOLDING
BLOCK)

3. Able to run the Main Drive but cannot operate other machines(INFEED). Haven’t test other
machines since INFEED is not working.
