2. परीक्षा केंद्र में अभ्यनथियोों का प्रवेश उपरोक्त ररपोनटिं ग समय के 30
र्ििट के पश्चात बोंद कर नदया जाएगा।
3. अभ्यनथियोों को परीक्षा समाप्त होिे से पहिे कक्ष छोड़िे की अिु मनत
िहीों है एवों परीक्षा कक्ष छोड़िे से पूवि अभ्यथी उत्तर पुस्तिका सोंबद्ध
पयिवेक्षक को सोोंपेगा ।
4. पुिक, िोट् स, कैिकुिे टर, मोबाइि फोि, गुणक एवों कम्प्युटर
सुनवधा वािी इिे क्ट्रोनिक घनड़यााँ एवों अन्य कोई इिे क्ट्रोनिक
उपकरण, बैग, ब्रीफकेस आनद को परीक्षा केंद्र में रखिे की
अिु मनत िहीों है ।
5. अभयथी प्रवेश पत्र भनवष्य में सोंदभि हे तु अपिे पास सुरनक्षत रखें।
6. अभ्यनथियोों से निवेदि है की वह क. रा. बी. निगम की वैबसाइट
महत्वपूणि सोंदभों हे तु समय – समय पर अविोकि करते रहें । कोई
भी सूचिा व्यस्तक्तगत रूप से िहीों भेजी जाएगी।
1. This e-Admit Card has been issued by the ESIC for
the post and region mentioned on the Admit Card.
2. The entry of the candidate to the Examination Hall
will be closed after 30 minutes of Reporting Time.
3. Candidates are not allowed to leave the
Examination Hall before completion of the
Examination and without handing over the Answer
Sheets to the invigilator.
4. Books, Notes, Calculators, Mobile Phones,
Electronic Watches with calculator and computing
facility and any other electronic devices, bags,
briefcase and other such articles shall not be
allowed in the Examination Centres.
5. The candidates should retain the Admit Card for all
future references.
6. Candidates are advised to keep visiting ESIC
website www.esic.nic.in for updates and other
important information, no separate information will
be given.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES:

a) The Candidate to paste a latest Coloured Postcard size (4" x 6") headshot photograph (i.e. the focus of the photograph
should be on the candidates face) of his/her own in the designated space.
b) Invigilator shall ensure that photograph and signature on this page matches with scanned photograph and signature of Candidate
on Page 1 of Admit Card.
c) The Candidate to sign across the photograph on left side and put his/her Left hand Thumb Impression in the designated space, in
the presence of the Invigilator.
d) The Invigilator should sign across the photograph of the candidate on the right side.
e) It is mandatory for the candidate to bring this page of the Admit Card with pasted photograph. If he/she doesn't bring this, then he/she
will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
f) It is mandatory to handover this page to the Invigilator.
