Can you put your arms like that:

1. Shoulder abduction / adduction → Stop me from pushing it down / up


2. Elbow flexion (C6) / extension (C7) → Stop me from pulling it away / pushing it in
3. Wrist flexion (C7) / extension (C6) → Stop me from pushing it down / up
4. Finger extension (C7) / abduction
1) Stop me from pushing it down
2) Move your index finger out → Stop me from pushing it in
3) Move your little finger out → Stop me from pushing it in
5. Hand grip → Stop me from pulling them out
6. Opposition of the thumb → Stop me from breaking them
