Hi Team,

It has been noticed that an unethical practice was going on for sometime in the camera department
where the scrap silver was being sold by the employees to a third party for possible benefits. We
further investigated into this only to find out that few employees of the department led by their
supervisor Doris Templeton was indulging in this unauthorized selling of company assets without the
knowledge of the management.

According to the clinching evidences found in the investigation, the management has decided to
dismiss (has been asked to leave the company) Doris Templeton (Supervisor of the Camera
Department) with immediate effect. Inspite of being in a leadership position, she has encouraged
people to get into practices for monetary benefits contrary to the ethics and values of the position
that she was entrusted with.

Though quite evident, we would like to reiterate the fact that the company will never tolerate this
kind of unethical practices and strict actions will be taken if anyone is found to be indulging in them in
future. Besides immediate dismissal, a legal action will also be taken in that case.
