Marketing Plan:

1. Pricing Strategy:
 We are aiming to use an Economy pricing strategy as we are trying to target
a mass market and aiming to sell our services to a high volume and hence
we’re aiming to go for an Economy pricing strategy.
 Our marketing and advertising costs are moderate and we aim to hit the
base hard and running so we’ve kept an overall economic pricing strategy
keeping in view the demands of the market.

2. Overall Marketing Strategy:


 Our Marketing Philosophy aims to build long-lasting relations with the
customers, we intend to keep on providing our customers with after-sales
services for a definite amount of time, so we can change the details,
structure and add in more sections depending upon the demands of the
customer.
 We intend to make what the market wants and not what only sells, we
intend to stay in perfect competition with the bunch and stay in the market
for a long time and become a name of quality, trust and reliability in the
writing and compositional industry.
 We will divide the advertising and promotional budget accordingly and
open with a rigorous social media campaign which intends to attract new
talented freelancers looking for work as well as the young generation who
is striving for work and waiting to get their mantle tested in the tough
conditions of the market.
3. Sales Tactics:
 A good company is always looking for proper and viable service solutions
that connects them to their customers problems, and have the customer
acknowledge that their product is the best and this is exactly what we’re
trying to do. We aim for quality, reliability and long lasting relations with
our customers and to do that we’re developing a business model that
deploy solutions which are concrete and accurate.
 Our sales model is actually divided into 3 parts which are as follows:

 Providing differentiated excellence: We aim to provide a service that


meets the needs and demands of the target customers, a company that
intends to serve with excellence and make a name in the market by offering
differentiated excellence in our after-sales services and our customizable
CV plans which tend to help people out who are looking to apply for
multiple jobs but don’t have the time to change their sections or slightly
tweak their CV to match up the jobs valid description.
 The employee management system: We intend to recruit the brightest of
minds who are looking to enter the world of content-writing and articulate
strategies. We intend on having a reliable and quality work-force that not
only is efficient but also effective in delivering their targets on time and in
style. Effective management of an employee not only tends to help them in
different learning curves but also motivates them to do more and that is
exactly what we tend to do in our employee management system.
 The Customer management system: The customer is part of the value-
creation process that we’re looking forward to exploring and through this
process we’re looking forward to engaging the customers in helping our
company serve a bigger purpose and develop newer and better techniques
that tend to manage customers in a better way so that services can be
delivered efficiently and effectively.
4. Distribution Channel:
 We work in a service industry so we sell things that cannot be touched, felt
or put into a bag but our product is unique and to aware other people
about the uniqueness and deliver it across to you we have several
distribution channels which are discussed below:
 On-Site Counselling: We have already surveyed and collected data of a few
markets and their HR policies which they use as guidelines when selecting
an employee for a specific position. Our on-site counselling team would
deal with and tell people about different recruiting, retention and
succession strategies which can help people find jobs and what is our role
in all of this? Well we’re the people they contact to make their CV’s and
personal statements for when we make them familiar with the guidelines
and how much we know about HR policies and companies wants and
needs.
 Direct-Counselling: Our HR consulting team will interact with clients
directly not just on site but also on call, email and cloud-based projects in
which they’ll briefly explain the significance and actual need for a proper CV
and personal statement to push them into the right spot and how they can
anchor good jobs with a good CV.
 Workshops and Seminars: We’ll push out and reach our customer base
directly and engage with them and tell them about the prospects and
advantages of knowing how to make a perfect CV and personal statement
and how content writing is the future for AI digitalized blogging which will
help them learn more about us and create a positive image for us in the
market and country.
5. Promotional Activities:
 Our main target market is the working classes and especially youth who are
yet to get a proper job and are looking for a way to impress and gain their
share in a dense and crowded market, what will make them stand out and
different is their CV and their resume and we intend to reach our customers
through a strong and nicely balanced social media strategy as well as
workshop based awareness seminars on how they can stand out in a crowd
with their skills and how they can harness maximum possible gains out of
certain tasks and then add them to their resume and CV.
 We intend to connect with our youth and our people and reach out to them
both directly and indirectly and for that a thorough social media strategy is
to be devised and the overall promotional activities will be carried out in 3
phases. The initial phase will be a push phase consisting of aggressive
marketing followed by phase-2 where we will pull some budget out of
marketing and invest in other assets and then phase-3 where we will decide
on a uniform strategy for an immediate cause of time.

Promotions and Advertising:


 An aggressive social media strategy is to be formulated which includes
advertising on all the major applications that are having more than a million
users which includes Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Ask.fm and
other social media platforms as such through ad-based streams.
 We will also create a website which will use premium SEO tools (Search
Engine Optimization) to create a user-experience that will be unlike any
other and people will not only increase traffic but also through the
revenue-based stream we can earn from there as well which will be a great
promotional strategy as well as another source of income.
 We will also use mass email alerts to attract users towards our website and
service which is sure to attract a lot of traffic by using a mean of direct
communication with them.
