It is stated that certain instances have come to notice wherein name of Smt. Madhulika P. Sukul, IDAS, CGDA have been wrongly mapped as the Reviewing/Accepting Authority while creating the Workflow. 2. In this regard kind reference is invited to Note 5 and Note 6 of Annexure Il of this Hrs office letter No. AN/I/1058/SPARROW/21 dated 19" March 2018, vide which necessary directions were issued. 3. It is stated that some Controller offices have created wrong workflow.
