Describing People: Reference letter

I am writing to you with regard to Jennifer Grant, who worked as a teacher for Brighton
Plimmy School for two and a half years.

First of all, she is a highly patient person who loves her delicate job. Kids are delighted with
her because she is not only an easy-going person with adults but also with the students.

She has been working with students through all stages, from year one to eight. Actually, she
has been managing a wide range of students: from ambitious kids to aggressive as well as
reserved or short-tempered. But due to her tactful skills and personal concerns, Jennifer in
some measure engages the students and in a short period of time, you feel a rapid response
and a cheerful atmosphere arises.

Talking about her dealing with parents, Jennifer is absolutely mannerly in the way she notifies
their kids' behaviours and progresses.

She uses to gather the most reliable information before informing the parents and uses to
have a close tracking of her students in order to discern any change
