Greetings from Hitesh! From last 8 days we have dealt with

various aspects of investments and the same has been
appreciated by success minded investors. Today we are
taking a break from investments and we are talking about
much needed success and happiness. This post deals with
holistic aspects of dealing with success and happiness. If
you follow, I am sure you will enjoy both.

Everybody wants to be successful and there are experts in

this field also!! They are sharing their formulas with
everybody and they make tons of money. We are giving
our formula 100% free of cost as a part of our social
commitment. Read it patiently. This post is little long
than usual. But it’s worth your time.

As a kid I was reading Arabian Nights / Mahabharata and

Ramayana. The magic wand in Arabian Nights / Flying
Hanuman in Ramayana and Arjun killing lacs of guys with
a single arrow always used to fascinate me. At the time of
reading – no TV serials had come – so it used to give my
imaginations a free hand!! I was in search of some MAGIC
WAND and fortunately I have got it and I am going to share
with you. Just read.

How I started my Journey to Success?

I started with “Pushing to the Front” by Orison Swett

Marden as a school guy and I moved to many authors
since then. I would have gone through at least 5000 books
plus lot of seminars/ classes/ personal coaching in search
of my success. I had honestly tried to apply the above
 learning in my life but every time I was stopping at just
60%. I was not able to enjoy my success and due to that I
was always unhappy despite being successful. When I look
at the life of my friends – I also find the same thing in their
life. They are successful but unhappy!!

I wanted to solve this puzzle and I got my answer in Gitaji.

Yes, Lord Krishna helped me in my journey. Today I am
living my dream. I am not only successful but happy also.
With his blessings, I am sharing the same with you. Just
read it, I assure you, you will never have to go to any
success coach for life time.

It is given in the Chapter 18 Verse 13 and 14.

TEXT 13-14
pancaitani maha-baho, karanani nibodha me
sankhye krtante proktani siddhaye sarva-karmanam
adhisthanam tatha karta
karanam ca prthag-vidham,
vividhas ca prthak cesta
daivam caivatra pancamam

The literal meaning of the same is as under – there are five

causes of success in life – place / performer / resources /
Mixing of all the three and fate. Now I will take one by one
each of the factors and explain my views and experiences
on the same.

1. Adhisthanam:-

This is the first step in anybody’s success. The literal

meaning is PLACE, however deeper study gives you
insights that it talks about Human Body / Place / Position
and Vastu.
Let me deal with the Place first. During Mango Season –
you go to market and you will find RATNAGITI Alphonso
is commanding the premium. If you are eating Almonds –
Mamro Almonds from Iran commands the premium. Kesar
from Kashmir commands the premium.

Look at the long history of Hindu Sadhus – they all went

to Himalayas for Meditation or Tapscharya. Most Jain
Tirthankars left their body from Bihar – PAVAPURI Area.
Current Peak Performance GURU – Anthony Robbins /
Steve Jobs had been to Himalaya’s before they became
world famous. History says – Jesus and Moses also took
their last breath in Himalayas. Pandava’s also went to
Himalayas and left for heaven from there. This indicates
the importance of PLACE for your Success point of view!!
You need particular PLACE to execute your dreams!!
Without that proper place – you can’t get the success. I
can share many such examples.

Now let us see Place from Position point of view. Narendra

Modi is a great leader but as a PM of India he has more
powers then just CM of Gujarat!! So, position makes a lot
of difference.

Look at Abhishek. Had he not born in Amitabh’s home –

do you think he would have been allowed to fail in first 8
movies and still he got the 9th one? In fact, most new
comers do not get the second movie, it they fail in first. So,
whose family you are born makes a lot of sense in personal
success.

Now let us look at the Place as a VASTU. I have studied

more than 500 celebrities + businessmen’s house/
bungalows in Mumbai and India. I have seen the effect of
the same in their life. Just to give some names like
Harshad Mehta / Parag Parikh / Lalit Shah of Raj Travels.
It was the house that created the events in their life!! I
can’t share the names of living persons as per ethical
practices.

There are certain half-baked intellectuals – they will argue

PLACE does not make a difference!! For them GITA says –
Place is YOUR BODY.

Body is also a place...without BODY – you can’t do

anything, and they will call you GHOST!! Body is a
dwelling place of your SOUL / Body is born in a place /
your body stays in a particular House / your house is in
particular town or city / your body is PM or CM or Actor
or Businessman or serviceman. Everywhere the PLACE is
involved!!

Whatever you are doing today – you can’t do it – if you do

not have BODY.

I have seen many uneducated Indian’s earning Rs.3000-

Rs.5000 per month in India and going to USA and now
they are millionaire in just 5 years!! This is called the
importance of PLACE....you are the same, but you
changed the place – you become what you are today!!

Look at the NORTH born guys all over the world – they will
have more of a white skin then the south born guys all
over the world – place makes lot of difference in colour of
your skin also.

100% of western management and their thoughts are

directed towards Man, Material, Machines, Money and
Marketing. Not a single guy has been able to give
importance to PLACE as Lord Krishna has given.

Since our educations system is a copy of Western Model,

most so-called educated guys feel shame in following
VASTU and other advanced concepts of Oriental Sciences.
As a result, they live incomplete life.

Lord Krishna has considered the PLACE as the first factor

of success. At Destiny Management we also give PLACE
the first rank.

For normal guy, it is not possible to decide where to

born/ in whose house to take birth – but it is 100%
possible to create VASTU most suitable for your
success and happiness!! So, create it, if you want to
become successful or if you want to enjoy the fruits of
your success while you are on planet earth.

Now let us see the SECOND Factor – KARTA.

KARTA (You):-

Let me ask simple questions – who are you? Have you ever
thought? You are a collection of your believes (e.g.
jain/hindu/muslim/catholic / smart / handsome/ well
behaved etc. )/ attitudes / habits / educational
qualifications / money power / position power / various
skill sets.

If you really ask – who am I? – You will find either or all of

the above in various proportions in yourself. In last
century – mankind had two guys who shaped the way we
think about ourselves.

The first one was Sigmund Freud. He said Natural forces

make the man the way he is today. It is natural to have
SEX/get Angry/ be Greedy / be selfish / be hungry etc.
Western concept of Psychology is based on this theory.

Fortunately for the World Human Race – Indians Rishis

had better answer. Freud theory is the first step in HUMAN
EVOLUTION. If you do what is natural to you – you and
animal have no difference!!

Most guys used NATURAL clause to get away from the

responsibility of personal growth or to elevate themselves
to the next level of life.

In India we see people following FASTING / CELEBACY /

AHIMSA and many other qualities. They take themselves
to the next levels and it is also NATURAL to PROGRESS!!

Another guy who helped MAN to do away from the

responsibility of Personal Growth was Karl Marx.

He had gone further and said – whatever you are is due to

your society. If you are poor – it’s the responsibility of
SOCIETY to look after you!! Whatever wrong has happened
with you – is due to skewed distribution of wealth and if
we take money from rich and give it POOR, the society will
be happy. Do you think – RUSSIA is the HAPPIEST
COUNTRY?

Lord Krishna says – you have a choice to make better

choices in your life. You can elevate your life to next levels.
You can change your limiting believes / can improve your
skill sets / habits / education and go to next levels.

E.g. If you consider Kitchen as a place – your mom or wife

as a KARTA – chances are better that you will like your
mom’s dish more than your newly wedded wife. Why? Your
mom has more experience in Cooking!!

So, follow - Constant and Never-Ending Improvement

in your life and thoughts.
90% of the successful guys stop growing once they get the
first taste of their success!! That’s why 10% of the
RICHEST have 90% of the world’s Wealth!!

Now Let us see THIRD Factor :- Resources

KARANAM:-

I have observed a unique mind set of average business

man in India. He will employ 3 guys at Rs.5000 salary then
one guy of Rs.15000 Salary in a job which requires
HIGHER END SKILLS.

People will buy 3 pairs of Shoes for Rs.1000 each then one
pair of Rs.3000. This applies to anything they buy.

When you have a step motherly attitude towards the

resources you USE for your growth – it will surely
reflect in your personal growth and happiness. If you
total Rs.1000 three times – you will get Rs.3000, but to
assume that 3 of Rs.1000 will be equal to one of Rs.3000
in results is the biggest fallacy!!

KARANAM is your resources. The quality of your resources

will affect your progress and happiness in your day today
life.

Just to share an example of AMBANI – when they were

building JAMANAGAR Refinery – they projected the
construction costing based on Earth Quake on the Richter
scale of 6. Dhirubhai asked how much more we will have
to spend – if we want it to make it at 8 Richter Scale?
Additional Cost was Rs.1500 Crs. He spent that additional
money and his plant was intact in 2001 earth quake which
was at 7.5 Richter scale.
When AMBANI was building JAMNAGAR Refinery – he
employed a GUY with a salary of Rs.30Cr for three years –
highest at that time!! He could have got at least 6 people
with Rs.5 Crs salary but he did not go for that.

While going for resources – most guys gives reason that

they can’t afford costly resources!! When you say – you
can’t afford – you mind accepts that and it stops
asking the most important question – how to afford it?
And take steps to make it affordable.

When you ask this question more often - you will

progress faster in your life.

Another aspect of HUMAN Mind is they will buy new costly

resources but also keep the old one also. Eg. You buy
Apple X and also keep your Nokia mobile. As long as you
have NOKIA, you will not fully use your APPLE X. So, when
you get new resources – just throw away the old one or sell
them or donate them. As long as you keep the old – you
will not settle down with the NEW and when you don’t
settle down with the NEW – your living standard will
not improve. You will live in a state of confusion.
Confusion will take away your HAPPINESS.

Now 4th Factor – (Effectively Mixing the above 3

Factors) Vividhas Ch Pruthak Chesta:-

Have you seen people carrying Apple X and they just use
it for talking!! You wife bought the new TEA POT, Cup and
Saucers and kept in Show Case of your drawing room!!
You bought New DRESS and kept it in your cup board for
wearing it someday or on some good occasion!! You bought
the MICROWAVE for cooking, but you do not know how to
operate!! You have silver dinner set in your house, but
your wife is not using it – as the maid can spoil it while
cleaning!!
Most of my friends have bought Mid Segment CAR and
they are using the TRAIN to travel to office. They use the
CAR on SUNDAY or when they go out of MUMBAI!!

The MAJOR waste of life happens here. You are there/

you have a best of the resources, but you do not have
the skill sets to use them / you do not need them or
you do not have the self-esteem to use them.

These three factors take away the happiness and

satisfaction from your life. You must get away with the
things you do not use.

E.G. 1:- Let me share an example of CAR – say you have a

CAR of Rs.10 Lakhs. Your parking place will cost you
Rs.10 to Rs.15 Lakhs in Mumbai. Your monthly cleaning
cost will be Rs.500 plus other maintenance of Rs.2000.
You are using it on SUNDAY’s and when you go out – you
hire a DIRVER at Rs.500 per day plus food as you are not
used to drive on HIGWAYS!! You have to have FUEL cost
also!! So, you have spent close to Rs.25 lakhs in fixed cost,
plus variable cost of Rs.5000 to Rs.10000 per month. All
these for SO Called STATUS of having a car!!

You have wasted your success of having Rs.25 lakhs for

so called STATUS. You will never get true happiness!! True
happiness comes when you use the things the way it
should be used!!

E.G. 2:- Kennedy’s wife married to Steel magnet ONASIS

when he was around 70. ONASIS did get the status of
marring a beautiful woman but he could not SLEEP with
her!! Do you think HE would have been HAPPY at the time
of his DEATH?
So, improve your skill sets / your self-esteem and do not
spend your money on things you do not need. The best
part of the Skill set is that you can hire them!!

Now Let us see the Final factor:- FATE:-

DAIVAM (BHAGYA):-

Given all other things equal – some guys tend to have

faster and easier success in life than others. Alternatively,
some guys always face difficulties in doing things they
want to do. This is FATE.

In India – we have a full-fledged and very advanced system

of understanding the FATE of person through His
HOROSCOPE. We take three things into consideration –
Place of birth (here also PLACE comes first) / Date of Birth
and Time of Birth.

There are N numbers of system of reading FATE – but

HOROSCOPE gives the most perfect guidance in reading
fate.

Fate has three aspects – the Variable Fate – you can

change it 100%, Semi Variable - if you know it you can
change it and Fixed Fate – you can’t change it!!

Challenge is to find out the SEMI VARIABLE factor and

change it to suit your success needs!! Destiny

important for your success.

Let me share some of the misconceptions in normal minds.

1. If I become DOCTOR / Engineer / CA or MBA – my life

will be GREAT. Do you think all doctors/Engineers get the
JOB or business after their degree?

Given other things equal – a degree will fetch you a better

entry then a non-degree. But it does not mean that you
will be 100% ahead of the masses or more successful than
your next-door neighbour. However, it is 100% better to
have degree than non-degree!! So, equip yourself with best
of all 5 factors.

2. Many times a client carries out the VASTU and other

remedies – they assume that miracles should happen
NOW....they need not change – things must change on
their own!!

It will give the results to the extent they were missing.

Suppose you create the best Vastu and best of the Astro
remedies and you do not have the other three qualities
which match the above BEST – you will get the poor
results or average results.
3. All the five factors keep on over lapping in various
situations and at various times. If you can’t think in
totality – you will be taken for a ride by so called experts
in various areas!!
