RE: FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT OF CASH LOAN

Dear Dela Cruz:

Our client, ABC Company (hereafter “AC” for brevity), has referred to us for
appropriate action your unjust failure to pay in full the Cash Loan it had made to
you on 01 May 2017, with five (10%) interest per month, amounting to a total of
ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00).

We have been advised that, despite repeated demand, you failed and/or refused,
and continue to fail and/or refuse to pay the aforesaid amount in full.

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby formally made upon you to pay MCC of
the said long overdue account in full within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof.

We urge your most prompt action upon this demand to avoid any
inconveniences. This will be your last opportunity to resolve the matter. Your
failure to honor this demand will compel us to commence available legal
actions/remedies against you, without further notice to you, in order to both
vindicate its rights and enforce such liabilities as may attach to you as a
consequence of your failure to pay your obligation, incurred damages, attorney’s
fees and cost of litigation that may be added to the amount payable.
