UFO Phenomena and Space Travel

Hypnotism will become more and more a tool of scientific investigation. Telepathy
will be proven without a doubt and utilized, sadly enough, in the beginning for
purposes of war and intrigue. Nevertheless, telepathy will enable your race to make
its first contact with alien intelligence. It will not at first be recognized as
such.

There is nothing any more strange in such contact than there is in my contact with
you. But, because you are so involved with camouflage apparent reality, contact
with such intelligence will be a startling discovery. The contact made will be from
one male to another, although the alien male, from another camouflage galaxy, will
be more involved than you consider possible.

The actual telepathy contact with this alien intelligence will occur, your time I
believe, not too far distant, perhaps by the year 2001. However, for reasons that I
will not go into, a hitch will develop of which your scientists will not be aware,
at least in your terms. The intelligence that you contact will no longer inhabit
that same universe by the time that the contact is made.

By then you will have discovered that your present theory of the expanding universe
is in error. And, this error will, nevertheless, affect your calculations as to the
exact location in your space, of the intelligence that is contacted. The contact
will be made, I believe, in Australia.

Space travel, in your terms, will develop in a seemingly extravagant and startling
fashion, only to be dumped as such when your scientists discover that space as you
know it is a distortion and that journeying from one so-called galaxy to another is
done by divesting the physical body from camouflage. The vehicle of so-called space
travel is mental and psychic mobility, in terms of psychic transformation of
energy, enabling spontaneous and instantaneous mobility through the spacious
present.

As to the means, the very simplest and crudest but still to be adopted method will
prove to be hypnotism, simply because, at this point, your personalities will not
trust their own abilities but must rely upon suggestion from the outside.

Vehicles are unnecessary for space travel

As I have said, so-called space travel will be mainly divorced from vehicles. And,
the use of psychological time is the very first step in this direction.

The barriers are yours. The barriers are camouflage. It is ridiculous to develop
camouflage vehicles to deal with camouflage space, when all that is necessary is
that you realize that camouflage is camouflage. Therefore, the barrier disappears .
We will have much more to say along these lines. When you realize that time as you
know it does not exist, then vehicles become unnecessary.

You carried with you in your heads messages and laws that had been given to one of
your kind in a time that was already nearly forgotten. These were codes of ethics.
They originated from the time of Atlantis. Before that, these codes were given by a
race from another star. This race had to do with the origin of Atlantis. The
messages were put into words and language and written down at the time of Atlantis.
But, after that, they were handed down by word of mouth.

Visitors from other realities

One small note: In some respects, these pulsations represent what happens in some
of your flying saucer incidents. For, you do not often have a vehicle such as the
vehicle that you perceive or think that you perceive. Now, I am speaking of only
certain cases. In these cases, you have visitors from other areas of actuality,
other realities.

What happens is this: You have an attempt to exchange camouflage realities. The
original beings entering your plane can not appear within it as themselves, their
atomic structure is not the same as yours. Distortions must, therefore, occur in
order to make any contact possible. And, indeed, distortions must occur in order to
make these contacts possible. So, you are greeted with a certain set of sense data.
You then try to figure out what is happening from the sense data that is presented
to you. But, the sense data, you see, means that the event is already to some
extent distorted. The physical vehicles that are often perceived are your
interpretation of the event that is actually occurring.

Now, our friend back here [Ned] could well appear, you see, as a UFO in another
aspect of reality and frighten the inhabitants. Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it
is Super Ned.

But, you forget consciousness is the reality and the only true vehicle. And, no
part of your consciousness is imprisoned within you. And, it materializes in one
aspect or another. Now, I use the word materializes because it makes sense to you.
But, the word itself is distortive because it predisposes an appearance within
matter materialization. And yet, all realities, as you know, are not physical.

UFOs as space-time distortions

There are space-time coordinates that operate from your viewpoint. And, space
travel from the standpoint of your time, made along the axis of your space, will be
a relatively sterile procedure. (Some reported instances of UFOs happened in the
past as far as the visitors were concerned but appeared as images or realities in
your present. This involves craft sightings only.)

Men have, also, visited other worlds through the ages. Others have visited your
world. In dreams, and in altered states, through history as you accept it, men have
been taken upon such journeys. On their return, they almost always interpreted
their experiences in terms of their home programs, intertwining what happened into
what ended up as great myths and stories – real but not real.

To understand the mysterious you must understand yourself

The unknown reality: Many of you, I know, would like to find in this book answers
pertaining to Atlantis, the Bermuda Triangle, UFOs, and many other such questions.
Those matters certainly seem pertinent in the framework of your experience and
beliefs. You already have a great variety of explanations offered. Writers in many
fields have produced books about such topics.

By far the greater questions, however, are those pertaining to the unknown reality
of the psyche and those that relate to the kind of being who perceives in one way
or another an Atlantis, a Bermuda Triangle, a UFO. For, in greater terms, until you
ask deeper questions about yourselves, these other experiences will remain
mysterious. You can not understand perceived events unless you understand who
perceives them. You must learn more about the slant of your own consciousness
before you are in a position to ask truly pertinent questions about the reality
that you perceive.
