I have read the latest guideline of JICA Scholarship for Kyushu University applicants

procedure and the required document to submit (written in red color).

After the applicants got the supervisor's approval, Kyushu University asked the applicants to
send the applicant's Information related to applicant's name, nationality, partner school's name
and supervisor's name to Division of Student Affairs
Can I send my information to Division of Student Affairs right now ?. I am waiting for your further
instruction.
