1. INTRODUCTION
In this chapter will be discussing about the stores main problem,
the difficulty of tracking the products that are missing being
experience by the owner of the store. The benefit of the program to
be developed is to lessen the human error and also the main
problem of the store. This part also tackles the general and specific
objectives. This part explains the scope and limitation of the
proposed program.
1.1 Project Context
"John Liquor Store" is a store that sells liquor beverages. They use
manual listing for their products that are sold, credit, and for the
people who bought in the store without any bottle for exchange they
usually tally in the white board, paper, and sometimes in the phone
as shown in Figure 1.1 below. This is the current system that is
usually being held inside the store. The store's main problem is that
most of the time the product that are being sold are not being
monitored, some of the products are sold without any trace or
records. The Store's minor problem was people who bought liquor
without their empty bottle in exchange are forgotten on the other

saving methods in their store.
The proponents wants to proposed a system that is capable of
monitoring the sales and stocks to avoid losing any liquor
beverages. This system is very flexible, it can monitor the sales and
stocks, it can avoid losing and it can track any liquor beverages that
already sold, credited, it can Compute the income by the end of the
month, and also the most important of our system is that it is very
user friendly.
1.2 Purpose and Description
The purpose of the system is to help John liquor Store to improve
their saving methods and to lessen the time consuming like listing
the products manually and to avoid duplicate listing products. The
input and output of the monitoring system that can make stable to
the users.
The Sales and Stocks Monitoring Application is the regular
observation and recording of activities. Precisely it intends both to
equip how fast system to track all the data that been gathered by the
help of this system. It also develops our initiative skills where
people might think easy and have a good impact on the over-all
status of the company.

1.3 Objectives in eight months the proponents are sure that the features
that given by the owner are already completed but the pr
oponents can't add more features due to short period of t

 To develop a computer system that is capable of tracking
sales, managing the products properly and also to trace
products that are missing.
First the proponents will make a computer system that
can compute the income by the end of the month, second
it can also compare the income in the previous month.
Third this computer system can also manage and track
the products properly to avoid missing the products that
cannot be located fourth this system has the history tab to
view the old or latest transaction.

Specific Objectives
 To develop a program that is capable of avoiding human
error in computing sales and income. And also, to track
the product that are already sold.
The proponents will add more feature that can compute
sales and income, tracks the products and avoid human
error. The previous data will be stored to a database.
Anytime the client can retrieve the previous data by the
using the feature that the proponents will add.
 Lessen the time Consumption
First by fill up the transaction list in the system and
automatically saved, what date, what kind of product,
how many products had been sold, who is the buyer.
Second, the owner will input how many products had
been sold and the system will automatically compute the
income and if the owner will find the latest transaction
history all he need is to find the history tab in the system,
the system has the "tab" features to view all the
transaction history and all the income of the store.
Through this process the time consumption of their
employee or the client will reduce.
 Tracking Transaction History
The proponents will going to make transaction list for the
transaction of purchasing and selling the liquor beverages
to prevent losing any bottles of it.
By making a transaction list with time and date to
determine when the transaction happen.
By applying all the methods and saving the data's to make
accurate when it comes in privacy because not all the user
wants to accommodate their needs.
1.4 Scope and Limitation
 Scope and Delimitation
The purpose of this study is to investigate the specific pr
oblem of the owner. Eight months is the estimated perio
d until the capstone ends. In eight months, maintenance i
s not included for that the system would not be a failure.
Monitoring products, avoiding human error, tracking tra
nsaction history, computing sales and income these are t
he main features of the proposed program.

 Limitations of the Study

The proponents cannot add some features that the client
did not suggested. The proponents are not allowed seein
g the information of the Sales and income of the clients
and clients cannot change the details of the transaction t
hat is already inputted. The features of the program are l
imited due to low budget of the owner the proponents w
ould like to add credentials for privacy of the owner and
