Dear students;

RE: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS OF ACCOMMODATION

This is to inform all students of UR-CST Nyarugege campus pursuing studies of the academic
year 2018/2019 that those who wish to accommodate in campus hostels must go through the
following terms and conditions regarding application.
 Write an application letter to the director of students welfare (DEAN) including your
next class and registration numbers.
 All letters must be submitted to the URSU-office for registration of the applicants near
BK opposite to HAPPY DAY Restaurant before they are taken to the warden’s office.
 All applicants must have submitted application letters by late August.

The University of Rwanda Students Union (URSU) wishes you prosperous vacation and
nice studies for those who are having third trimester.
