Pre-Observation: What do you expect about the status/condition of health and

sanitation in De La Salle Lipa?
I expected that there are no problems in clinic and capilla because there are one
of the most important place in De La Salle Lipa and what I observe when im inside
the clinic the trashes are in proper place and the stuff there really clean the
rooms and they fix it properly when im inside the capilla what I saw when the
mass is done they clean the capilla and everyday they check the capilla because
sometimes some of the students put candy trash in the capilla and they clean the
the bathroom properly.
During Observation: Look Closely. Observe the status/condition of health and
sanitation of your assigned area in the campus.
What are the practices pertaining to health and sanitation which you observed in
the area assigned to you?
Inside the clinic I saw that the waste medicine was thrown in different garbage
Because it was toxic and they clean the rooms for the students will have a good
Rest and they really take care of the students and they know what to do.
In the capilla they clean everything inside the capilla and they clean the toilet
everyday. They don’t let the Capilla dirty.

What are the challenges issues pertaining to health and sanitation which you
observed in the area assigned to you?
The problem inside the clinic is the rooms if there are many students need to rest
The bed is not enough for them that’s why they are making a new clinic and
Sometimes some of the stuffs are not feeling well and some of the medicine are
Waste because of expiration . In the capilla some students are playing inside the
Capilla and some of them are messing up inside the comfortroom.
