OVEN-FRIED CAULIFLOWER

1 c breadcrumbs

½ c light mayonnaise

½ c Hellman’s Dijonnaise or other Dijon mustard

2 tsp horseradish

½ tsp Tony Chachere’s seasoning

Salt to taste

Play mayo, Dijonnaise and horseradish in a large heavy-duty zip top plastic bag. Add cauliflower; seal
and shake to coat. Place breadcrumbs and seasonings in another zip top bag. Add cauliflower mixture;
seal and shake to coat. Spread in a single layer onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 45-
60 minutes.
