Ae: Before this scandal, Honourable Soodhun made a statement to the effect that if he had the gun of his bodyguard, he would have shot Plainfif. On this averment and on the recommendation of the Director of Public Prosecutions (OPP), Honourable Soodhun is being sued by the Police, _ 18. Plaintiff avers that on 19" November 2017 at Camp de Masque, Defendant No 1 treated Plaintiff as a dangerous person, an ‘arriviste’ wanting to take advantage of any situation for his political popularity.
