On this averment and on the recommendation of the Director of Public Prosecutions (OPP), Honourable Soodhun is being sued by the Police, _ 18. Plaintiff avers that on 19" November 2017 at Camp de Masque, Defendant No 1 treated Plaintiff as a dangerous person, an ‘arriviste’ wanting to take advantage of any situation for his political popularity.
