What next:
In order to extend on Peta’s learning and development, I will set up the
experience in a different way. I will make it long on the soft surface. I will put
more soft mats near the plank for children’s safety.
I will stand near to the activity to encourage and interact with children.

Re-implement:
I re-implemented the experience on 20/06/17, when children had outdoor play at
around 3:00pm.

Peta was exploring the activity with other children. She was balancing on
the plank and jumping from the plank. She was extending her
concentration while jumping from the plank. She was also extending her
gross motor skills through jumping and balancing.

I was able to interact and support to extend Peta’s learning skills.
