Roadmap or Study plan for PMP Certification

First time study

Do not give break after the training
a) Start study from Edwel , in the following sequence
b) Scope , Time , Cost, Quality , HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder,
Integration & Framework
c) Study chapter wise , from PMBOK also ( e.g. Scope from Edwel, and scope from PMBOK)
d) Combined study many not help in the beginning or Initial study
e) On Need basis consult Rita or Headfirst
f) Study 4.5 Perform Integrated Change control from all the books ( There can be 15-20
questions on this topic in the exam)
g) Keep looking at the experiences of the people attempting exams on the Facebook group
+ Sometimes people share good questions / material on the group. ( PMP-KSA)

Second Revision
Quick Chapter wise revision and attempt book exercises, combined study and notes sharing
will help here.
Exam Simulator Practice
 First attempt knowledge area by knowledge area questions
 Once you are getting good scores then start attempting SUPER PMP, till you start
getting 85 % + marks consistently.
 Maintain your own lessons learned (Do not ignore your wrong answers. Read carefully
why you answered wrong and next time should not repeat similar mistakes in the similar
questions)
 www.pmstudy.com gives a free exam of 100 questions, attempt that also.
 Do follow posts on PMP-KSA on regular basis (Facebook group) for Success Stories, some
good questions, or materials shared by group members.

 You can refer the document “PMP Application Process.pdf” in the package folder.
