Animals

What are animals?

 A ______organism that feeds on organic matter, typically having specialized sense

What are the different types of animals?

 Lion
 Monkey
 Alligator
 Snake
 Zebra
 Kangaroo
 Pig

Do these animals live at the zoo?

 Most of these animals live at the zoo, some of them are wild and living in their natural
habitat.
 For example, zebras live in a habitat that’s a little more open and that has trees and
area to run. Some water.

Below I want you to build your own habitat for animal of choice!

Directions:
1. Draw a habitat that your (animal of choice) would live in. Make sure to have an animal with habitat.
2. Be sure to use other items other than crayons.
3. Colored paper, cotton balls, tissue paper, stickers and many more.
4. HAVE FUN!!!
After you finished your picture, write a few sentences on why you picked this animal and
habitat.
