**MALE STUDENT EVENT**

Salem Middle School will have a Doughnuts with Dad event on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 8:30am. We
welcome all dads, grandfathers, uncles, male cousins and father figures!! We would like to share the middle school
experience with you as we enjoy doughnuts and juice. There will be a guest speaker for the event. Students and
guests will participate in a boys to men ceremony, as we groom our young men to become the next generation of
male leaders.
What if Dad can’t come?
That’s okay! Remember, we welcome all ADULT MALE figures to participate with your male child. You must give
permission by including your contact information as well as the participant’s information on the detachable
form below. Program participants must provide valid identification.

What about Mom?

Moms don’t fret, there will be an event (Muffins with Mom) just for you. Details for that event will come soon.

Should I bring anything?

We are asking for a donation in order to ensure that we have enough doughnuts for all participants.
Please do not bring younger siblings. This time is for you and your male child to spend together.
