Dearest Jesus, we believe on Your word and that of our Mother Church that You are really, truly
and substantially present here in the Blessed Sacrament. Here before us in the Blessed Host,
You are the same Jesus who was born at Bethlehem, lived at Nazareth, Went about doing good
, went about doing good, suffered cruel torments for us, died on the cross, rose triumphant from
the dead, founded the Catholic Church, and ascended into heaven to rule and judge the world.
This we believe,O Lord, increase our faith

Eternal Father, we offer you in the Body and Blood Soul and Divinity of your dearly beloved
Son. Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sin. Soul and Divinity of your beloved Son, and
those of the whole world
