18/09/2018, 19/09/2018, 21/09/2018 & 22/09/2018 at CSIR-Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research, Regional Center, Nagpur for
engagement of Project Assistant Level-I & Project Assistant Level-II purely on temporary and contractual basis at 10.00 AM and onwards

· अ यथ क आयु/Age of Candidate : सा ा कार क ितिथ (As on the date of Interview) को प रयोजना सहायक तर- I
के िलए अिधकतम28वष (maximum 28 years for Project Assistant Level-I), प रयोजना सहायक तर- II के िलए30वष (maximum 30 years for
Project Assistant Level-II), अनुसूिचत जाित/अनुसूिचत जनजाित/शारी रक प से िवकलांग/मिहला एवं अ य सांिविधक समूह के उ मीदवार को आयु
म िनयमानुसार 05 (पाँच) वष तक क छू ट दी जाएगी (Age relaxation upto 05 years will be given to Statutory Groups and
Women, as per applicable rule)।
· प रयोजना सहायक के कायकाल क अविध/(Tenure of Project Assistant) : ारि भक िनयुि अविध छह माह/एक वष के िलए होगी,
जो प रयोजना समाि या अिधकतम पाँच वष क अविध, जो पहले हो, तक िव ता रत भी क जा सकती ह। /Selected Candidate(s) will be
engaged for the period of six months/one year initially, which may also be extended upto completion of
project period or maximum five years, whichever is earlier.
· कायार भ के प ात रहने क यथासंभव व था सं थान ारा प रसर म या प रयोजना काय थल पर क जाएगी अ यथा सं थान क सिमित के ारा िन णत आवास
कराया भ ा देय होगा।/After joining of selected candidate(s), accommodation facility will be made available
in the premises of CSIR-CIMFR or at the Project site otherwise House Rent Allowance will be payable as
decided by concerned committee.

भी लागू हो, पता, मोबाइल नंबर, अणु-डाक/ई-मेल का पता, अनुभव (य द कोई हो) व णत कया जाना आव यक ह। /Candidate should read the
advertisement properly and fill up Online application in which Applicant should mention Advertisement
no. and date, Name of Candidate, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Percentage,
Year of Passing, Category, Address, Mobile Number, Email address, Experience, if any, in their
application Form and print out of the same application. Candidate must produce Original Certificates
for Verification before appearing in Walk In-Interview.

जाएंग।े /Candidate should reach on the pre-decided date, time and venue of CSIR-CIMFR and submit the print
out of the Application Form already available online along with copies of all Certificates/Marks
sheetand show original Copy of all the certificates/marks sheets for verification failing
whichCandidate will not be allowed for Interview.
इसके अलावा सं थान क आव यकतानुसार उपयु प रयोजना या कसी अ य चालू/ तािवत प रयोजना क संभािवत आव यकता के िलए एक ती ा सूची भी तैयार क
जाएगी। वैसे अ यथ , जो सफर या सीएसआईआर क अ य कसी भी योगशाला /सं थान म पाँच वष का अनुभव अ जत कर चुके ह, वो पा नही माने जाएंगे। चयिनत प रयोजना सहायक
क तैनाती, प रयोजना क आव यकता के अनुसार सं थान प रसर या प रयोजना काय थल (Project Site) पर क जा सकती ह। वैसे उ मीदवार, िजनके पास सा ा कार क व णत
ितिथ को उपयु यो यता/उ ीणता/अहता नही ह, उ ह सा ा कार के िलए अयो य (Ineligible) माना जाएगा। प रयोजना सहायक को ित माह एक दन के औसत अनुसार आकि मक
अवकाश वीकृ त कया जाएगा। अ यथ को सा ा कार म उपि थत होने के िलए कसी भी कार का या ा-भ ा देय नही होगा। वेश सा ा कार म िह दी का योग स ष े ण के मा यम के प म
कया जा सकता ह। चुने गए अ यथ को िसफ वयं के िलए सं थान के िच क सालय म िनयमानुसार िच क सा सुिवधा उपल ध कराई जाएगी। अ यथ व णत सा ा कार थल पर ातः 11.30
बजे तकअपनी उपि थित सुिनि त करे ।/A Panel of waitlisted Candidate will be made for any other
running/ongoing/proposed Project of CSIR-CIMFR. Candidate(s) who have acquired five years of
experience in CIMFR or any other CSIR Laboratories /Institute, will not be eligible for appear in
Interview. Casual Leave of one day will be granted to Project Assistant for each month. No Transport
Allowance is Admissible to the Candidate. Hindi Language can be opted as a Medium of Communication
during Walk In-Interview. Medical Facility at the Dispensary of Institute will be made available to
only to the selected candidate. New Registration facility (on websitewww.pmeac.org) is made available
on the linkhttp://pmeac.org/Online%20Registration/Candidate must report at the mentioned place of
interview upto 11.30 am.
