Instructions for Mop-Up (Offline) Round of Counseling (ONLY FOR BDS)

[મોપ-અપ (રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત) રાઉન્ડ કાઉન્સેલલિંગ માટેની સૂચનાઓ (માત્ર BDS માટે)]

• The candidates, who want to participate in the mop-up(offline) round, have to give ONLINE
CONSENT for participation in the mop-up round. [મોપ-અપ રાઉન્ડમાિં ભાગ લેવા ઇચ્છતા હોય તેવા તમામ
ઉમેદવારોએ મોપ-અપ (રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત) રાઉન્ડ માિં ભાગ લેવા માટેની ઓનલાઈન સિંમતત (Consent) આપવાની ફરતિયાત
રહેશે.]

• The candidate can take part in the mop-up round without cancelling his admission of the previous
rounds. [ઉમેદવાર પોતાનો હાલનો પ્રવેશ રદ કરાવ્યા વગર પણ મોપ-અપ રાઉન્ડમાિં ભાગ લઈ શકશે.]

• To participate in the mop-up round, the candidates have to log-in in the website
http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx using their User-ID and Password to give ONLINE
CONSENT from 27-08-2018 at 10:00 am to 29-08-2018 at 04:00 pm only. [મોપ-અપ રાઉન્ડમાિં ભાગ લેવા
માટે ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાના User-ID અને Password ની મદદથી http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx
વેબસાઈટમાિં તા. ૨૭-૦૮-૨૦૧૮, સવારે ૧૦:૦૦ વાગ્યા થી તા. ૨૯-૦૮-૨૦૧૮, બપોરે ૪:૦૦ સુધીમાિં Log-in થઇ, મોપ-
અપ રાઉન્ડમાિં ભાગ લેવા માટેની ઓનલાઈન સિંમતત (Consent) આપવાની રહેશે.]

• Those students only, who have given online consent during stipulated time, will be allowed to
participate in the mop-up round. [ઉપરોક્ત સમયમયાાદામાિં સિંમતત આપનાર ઉમેદવારો િ મોપ-અપ રાઉન્ડની પ્રક્રિયામાિં
ભાગ લઇ શકશે.]

• After giving consent students have to take printout of “Consent” available in “Registration Details”,
which shows the date and time of consent given by him/her. [સિંમતત આપ્યા પછી “Registration Details” માિં
ઉપલબ્ધ “Consent” નો તપ્રન્ટ આઉટ લેવો પડશે, િે તેના દ્વારા આપવામાિં આવેલી સિંમતતની તારીખ અને સમય દશાાવે છે .]

• Candidate has to remain present as per the merit rank on allotted date and time at “Auditorium,
GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar”. Students are instructed to bring copy of online consent at
the time of offline counseling. [ઉમેદવારે એ પોતાના મેરીટ પ્રમાણે અને રૂબરૂ પ્રવેશ કાયાિમ પ્રમાણે “ઓક્રડટોક્રરયમ,
જી.એમ.ઈ.આર.એસ. મેક્રડકલ કોલેિ, ગાિંધીનગર” ખાતે સિંમતત આપ્યા બાબતના પત્ર (Consent Letter) ની તપ્રન્ટ આઉટ સાથે
રૂબરૂ હાિર થવાનુિં રહેશે.]

• All the candidates are instructed to see the vacancy status available for Mop up round and closure of
third round. The admission committee shall allot the seats as on available vacancy and also vacancy arise
due to cascading effect of that particular seats. [તમામ ઉમેદવારને મોપ-અપ રાઉન્ડ માટેની ખાલી બેઠકો અને ત્રીજા
રાઉન્ડનુિં ક્લોઝર િોવાની સલાહ આપવામાિં આવે છે . પ્રવેશ સતમતત ઉપલબ્ધ ખાલી બેઠકો અથવા ઉચ્ચ મેરીટ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારને
પ્રવેશ મળતા તેમના દ્વારા ખાલી પડતી આનુિંશાતન્ગક બેઠકો પર પ્રવેશની ફાળવણી કરશે.]

• The candidates will be called as per the merit rank and will be allotted the admission on vacant seats as
well as vacancy arises due to up gradation of seats during counseling. During mop-up round of
counseling, candidate will be offered seat as per the previous closure, vacancy and merit rank. If he is

not willing to take admission in the offered seat, he can refuse the admission. In such case his/her
previous admission will remain as it is. [મોપ-અપ રાઉન્ડમાિં મેરીટ પ્રમાણે ઉમેદવારને બોલાવવામાિં આવશે. રૂબરૂ
કાઉન્સેલલિંગ દરતમયાન ઉમેદવાર િે તે સમયે ઉપલબ્ધ ખાલી બેઠકોમાિંથી પોતાની બેઠક પસિંદ કરી શકાશે. પોતાની પસિંદગીની બેઠક
ઉપલબ્ધ ના હોય તો પોતાના પ્રવેશ અિંગેની અસિંમતત દશાાવી શકે છે અને આવા ઉમેદવારનો અગાઉનો પ્રવેશ કાયમ રહેશે.]

• Authority Letter or Proxy will NOT be allowed for taking admission in mop-up round of
counseling. [ઓથોક્રરટી લેટર અથવા અવેજીને મોપ અપ રાઉન્ડમાિં એડતમશન લેવા માટે માન્ય ગણવામાિં આવશે નહીં.]

• The candidate, who have cancelled his/her admission of previous rounds coming for fresh admission, are
required to bring following original documents at the time of counseling. [ઉમેદવારે, િે અગાઉના રાઉન્ડમાિં
પ્રવેશનો રદ કરાવેલ છે અથવા નવા પ્રવેશ માટે આવે છે , નીચે મુિબના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો કાઉન્સેલલિંગ ના સમયે લાવવાના રહેશે.]
1. Print Copy of NEET-UG-2018 Marksheet [NEET-UG-2018 માકાશીટની તપ્રન્ટ]
2. Std. 10th Marksheet [ધો. ૧૦ ની માકાશીટ]
3. Std. 12th Marksheet [ધો. ૧૨ ની માકાશીટ]
4. Document showing place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/
Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate) [િન્મ સ્થળ/ િન્મ તારીખ અને ભારતીય નાગક્રરકતાના
પુરાવાનુિં પ્રમાણપત્ર (શાળા છોડ્યાનુિં પ્રમાણપત્ર/ ટ્રાન્સફર સર્ટાક્રફકેટ/ પાસપૉટા/ િન્મનુિં પ્રમાણપત્ર)]
5. Domicile Certificate (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities
(Mamlatdar/ Executive Magistrate/ Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only [ફક્ત ગુિરાતરાજ્ય
નાઅતધકારીઓ (મામલતદાર / એક્ઝીક્યુટીવ મેતિસ્ટ્રેટ/ પોલીસ કતમશનર) દ્વારા આપેલ ડોતમસાઈલ સર્ટાક્રફકેટ (અતધકારીના
સહી અને તસક્કા વાળુિં)]
6. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
[એસ.ઈ.બી.સી., એસ.ટી. અને એસ.સી. કેટેગરી માટે: ફક્ત ગુિરાત રાજ્ય ના અતધકારીઓ દ્વારા આપેલ જાતત પ્રમાણપત્ર]
7. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by
Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only dated on or after 01/04/2016 [એસ.ઈ.બી.સી. કેટેગરી માટે:
નોન-િીમીલેયર સર્ટાક્રફકેટ ફક્ત ગુિરાત રાજ્ય ના અતધકારીઓ દ્વારા આપેલ પક્રરતશષ્ટ '૪' ગુિરાતી/અિંગ્રેજી માિં તારીખ

8. Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual) [પાસપોટાની નકલ (િો નાગક્રરક્તા ડ્યુઅલ હોય તો)]

• The candidate, who have taken admission in previous round of ACPUGMEC, have to bring original
admission order of ACPUGMEC and receipt of paid tuition fees. [ઉમેદવાર, િે મણે ACPUGMECના અગાઉના
રાઉન્ડમાિં એડતમશન મેળવ્યુિં છે , ACPUGMEC નો અસલ એડતમશન ઓડાર અને ટ્યૂશન ફી ભયાાની રસીદ લાવવાના રહેશે.]

• The candidate, without original documents and prescribed fees, will not be granted admission
under any circumstances.[અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો અને તનયત ફી વગર ઉમેદવારને કોઈપણ સિંિોગોમાિં પ્રવેશ આપવામાિં આવશે
નહીં.]

• The candidate has to pay tuition fees of one term (six months) by cash or Demand Draft in favor of
“ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at bank facility provided by ACPUGMEC, immediately. If
candidate has paid tuition fees for admission for previous rounds, fees will be adjusted according to it.

કરાવવા એક સત્ર (છ મતહના) ની ટ્યુશન ફી તાત્કાતલક ડીમાન્ડ ડ્રાફ્ટ “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar દ્વારા
અથવા રોકડ રકમ દ્વારા પ્રવેશ સતમતત ખાતે કરાયેલી વ્યવસ્થામાિં ભરવાની રહેશે. િો ઉમેદવારે અગાઉના રાઉન્ડમાિં એડતમશન
માટે ટ્યૂશન ફી ભરી હશે તો તેના આધારે ફી માિં બદલાવ કરી આપવામાિં આવશે. વધારાની ફી સિંપૂણા પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયાના અિંતમાિં પરત
કરવામાિં આવશે.]

• The candidates are advised to come with specific arrangement of money to pay tuition fees at the time of
counseling. E.g. The maximum fee is Rs. 3,67,500 (3.675 lakh) (for one term) for the Management Quota
seat of BDS at Karnavati School of Dentistry, Uvarsad, Gandhinagar. So, candidate can come with
Demand Drafts of Rs. 1,00,000/2,00,000/3,00,000 based on your choice of college to secure admission in
self-financed colleges. [ઉમેદવારોને સલાહ આપવામાિં આવે છે કે તેઓ કાઉન્સેલલિંગના સમયે ટ્યુશન ફી ચૂકવવા નાણાિંની
ચોક્કસ વ્યવસ્થા સાથે આવે. દા.ત. મહત્તમ ફી કણાાવતી સ્કૂલ ઓફ ડેતન્ટસ્ટ્રી, ઉવારસદ, ગાિંધીનગર ની BDS ની મેનેિમેન્ટ
ક્વોટાની છે િે રૂ. 3,67,500 (3.675 લાખ) (એક સત્રની) છે . તેથી ઉમેદવાર રૂ. 1,00,000/ 2,00,000/ 3,00,000 ના
ડીમાન્ડ ડ્રાફ્ટ દ્વારા ઉમેદવાર પોતાની પસિંદગી ની સેલ્ફ-ફાઈનાન્સ્ડ કોલેિમાિં પ્રવેશ કાયમ કરી શકે.]

• The candidate, who will remain absent at the day and time of counseling allotted to them, will
have no right for admission. [િે ઉમેદવાર તેને ફાળવેલ કાઉન્સેલલિંગના ક્રદવસે અને સમયે ગેરહાિર રહેશ,ે તેને પ્રવેશ માટે
કોઈ અતધકાર હશે નહીં.]
