RE: APPLICATION FOR REFUND OF EXCESS FEES

I am pleased to write to your good office as per the subject stated above. It has been a problem for
me over the past four (4) years regarding finance, specifically my school fees. My parents have been
divorced since I was in 6th grade. Life had been somewhat rather a challenge for me ever since.

Although I was living with my Uncle, who at this time have four children it is relatively quite
demanding to ask such a favour in view of the monetary struggle he is engaged with. For that
reason, I would like to get my refund of excess fees hence, I can be able to raise funds in whichever
means essentially necessary in order to finance my school fee next year 2019.

Therefore I am writing to your good office to have kindly consider my situation and respond
considerately.
